Agreement to our legal terms
We are NEXTDIO BİLGİSAYAR BİLİŞİM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Turkey, doing business as DramaVibe.
We operate the website https://dramavibe.com (the "Site"), the DramaVibe mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "Apps"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and us, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms. Continued use of the Services after the date a revised version is posted constitutes acceptance of those revised Legal Terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. Some series and episodes are available only to users who are 18 or older; you may be required to confirm your age to access mature content.
1. Our services
DramaVibe is a streaming service for vertical, short-form drama series. Episodes are typically 60-90 seconds long, presented in portrait orientation, and grouped into serialized series of 60-100 episodes. The opening episodes of every series are free to watch; subsequent episodes can be unlocked with coins or with an active Plus subscription.
The information and content provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Content licensing may restrict availability of certain series in certain regions, and a series available today may be removed when an underlying license expires. We do not guarantee that any particular series, episode, or creator will remain available indefinitely. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Account use. Each DramaVibe account is for a single individual user. You may not share your account credentials, sell or transfer your account, or use a single account on behalf of multiple people. We may, in our sole discretion, place limits on the number of devices that can be logged in to the same account simultaneously, or require re-authentication when we detect access patterns that suggest account sharing.
2. Intellectual property rights
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website and app designs, audio, video (including all series and episodes), text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.
The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "Prohibited Activities" section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access the Services;
- Stream and watch episodes that you have unlocked through the free tier, coins, or an active subscription;
- Download episodes for offline playback within the Apps, where that feature is offered;
- Solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. You may not record, screen-capture, re-upload, or redistribute episodes.
If you wish to make any use of the Services, Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to support@dramavibe.com.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not under the age of 13; (5) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services; (6) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (7) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
4. User registration
You may be required to register to access certain features of the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Coins, purchases, and subscriptions
Coins (virtual currency)
Coins are an in-app virtual currency used to unlock individual episodes beyond the free tier. Coins are licensed to you, not sold, and you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Services.
- No monetary value. Coins have no monetary value outside the DramaVibe Services and may not be redeemed, exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash, virtual currencies of other services, or any other thing of value, except where required by applicable law.
- No transferability. Coins are tied to your account and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another user.
- Cross-platform. Coins purchased on a particular platform are governed by that platform's terms (Apple's Media Services Terms or Google Play's Terms of Service). Where we explicitly enable cross-platform balance sync, coins purchased on one platform may be visible on others; otherwise, they remain on the platform of purchase.
- Daily, promotional, and rewarded coins. Daily free coins, promotional coins, and coins earned by watching rewarded ads or completing check-ins may have separate expiry rules disclosed at the time of grant. We may modify the rate at which coins are earned, granted, or required to unlock content.
- Forfeiture. If you delete your account, if we terminate your account for breach of these Legal Terms, or if the Services are discontinued, all unused coins (purchased, earned, or granted) are forfeited and will not be refunded, except where required by law.
Plus subscriptions
DramaVibe Plus is offered on a recurring subscription basis (weekly or yearly). Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period through Apple, Google, or our web payment processor, depending on where you sign up.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price for the same billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Canceling on the day a renewal charge is scheduled will not prevent that charge.
- Renewal reminders. Where required by applicable law or store policy (for example, for annual subscriptions), we will send you a renewal reminder by email or in-app message before the renewal charge.
- Managing your subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings (iOS), your Google Play account settings (Android), or your account settings on the web. Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
- Effect of cancellation. When you cancel, you keep access to Plus benefits through the end of the current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier; previously unlocked episodes remain unlocked only to the extent they were unlocked using coins, not via your subscription.
Payments and taxes
All prices are listed in your local currency where supported, with applicable taxes added at checkout where required by law. We may change prices at any time; price changes will not affect billing periods already paid for. Where required by App Store or Play Store policy, we will give you advance notice of price increases that apply to your active subscription.
Refunds
All purchases of coins and subscriptions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the relevant app store's policy. For purchases made through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted to Google via the Play Store. For purchases made on the web, contact support@dramavibe.com within 14 days of the transaction. We may, at our sole discretion, grant goodwill refunds in cases of clear technical failure on our side.
Coins, once spent to unlock an episode, are consumed and not refundable, even if the underlying series is later removed from the catalog due to license expiry, takedown, or any other reason.
Free trials
From time to time we may offer free trials of Plus. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Free trials are limited to one per user (and one per household where applicable); we may use device, payment, and account signals to detect repeat trials and decline ineligible trial sign-ups. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services.
- Record, screen-capture, re-stream, re-upload, or otherwise reproduce or redistribute episodes, or remove or alter any digital rights management or watermarking.
- Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access, including paywalls, content licensing geoblocks, age gates, or rate limits.
- Use exploits, bugs, or unauthorized third-party software to obtain coins, unlocks, or subscription benefits without paying.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your account or profile.
7. User generated contributions
The Services may invite you to comment on episodes, rate series, submit reviews, or otherwise provide content (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
- The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance of your Contributions does not and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights.
- You are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses to use and to authorize us to use, your Contributions.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or other forms of solicitation.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
- Your Contributions do not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under 18 or exploits anyone under 18 in a sexual or violent manner.
8. Contribution license
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, and distribute such Contributions for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Services.
9. Guidelines for reviews
We may provide you areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:
- You should have firsthand experience with the series or episode being reviewed.
- Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language.
- Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity.
- You should not be affiliated with the production of a series if posting reviews of that series.
- You may not post any false or misleading statements.
- You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
10. Mobile application license
Use license
If you access the Services via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Legal Terms.
You shall not: (1) except as permitted by applicable law, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application; (2) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application; (3) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the application; (4) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice posted by us; (5) use the application for any revenue-generating endeavor not authorized by us.
Apple and Android devices
The following terms apply when you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store: (1) the license granted to you for our mobile application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating systems, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor's terms of service; (2) we are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application; (3) in the event of any failure of the mobile application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the App Distributor, and the App Distributor, in accordance with its terms and policies, may refund the purchase price; (4) you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the mobile application; and (5) you acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these Legal Terms.
11. Social media and third-party logins
As part of the functionality of the Services, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party service providers (such as Google or Apple) (each a "Third-Party Account"). You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Account, without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account, and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider.
12. Third-party websites and content
The Services may contain (or you may be sent via the Services) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Services.
13. Advertising
DramaVibe is not ad-supported in the player. We may, at our discretion, display promotional content for our own services or partners on the Site, in marketing emails, or as opt-in rewarded ads within the Apps that allow you to earn coins. Rewarded ads are served by third-party ad networks and are subject to those networks' privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements served via rewarded ad networks.
14. Services management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
15. Copyright infringement and DMCA policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below (a "Notification").
A copy of your Notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the Notification. Please be advised that pursuant to applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a Notification.
DMCA Notice Requirements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with enough detail so that we can locate it on the Services.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address.
Counter-Notification. If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the same information requirements as above, along with a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

16. Term and termination
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these Legal Terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused coins or unused portions of a paid subscription, except where required by law.
17. Modifications and interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. This includes the right to remove series or episodes from the catalog when underlying licenses expire or for other business or legal reasons. We have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
No guarantee of future episodes. DramaVibe hosts serialized works produced by us, our licensors, and partner studios. We do not guarantee that any future episodes of a series will be produced or made available, that a series will be completed, or that a series currently available will remain available indefinitely. A series may be paused, ended early, or removed from the catalog. Where this happens, your previously unlocked episodes (whether unlocked via the free tier, coins, or subscription) may also become unavailable.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you.
18. Governing law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except as provided in the Dispute Resolution section below for users in the United States.
19. Dispute resolution
Informal negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Binding arbitration
Any Dispute that is not resolved through informal negotiations shall be finally resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution applicable in your jurisdiction. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration shall be Istanbul, Turkey, except for users residing in the United States, where the arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the seat shall be San Francisco, California. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.
20. Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions of series, payments, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
21. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO THE SERVICES AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.
22. Limitations of liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN US STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
23. Indemnification
